Steve & Jan Michmerhuizen – Christian Reformed World Missions in Romania
The Compass We envision God’s people working where they are called to reach people with the Gospel and foster Kingdom-change for Christ in Romania.  The Map We value the learning, growth, and encouragement that happen through partnership and we collaborate with churches, organizations and agencies for a greater impact.  Experience has shown us that “if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”. The Terrain Romania is emerging into its third decade since Communism ended.  Young people are searching for what their future holds for them here in Romania, many of them leave and find work elsewhere.  While Romanians consider their country to be a Christian nation and are proud of that fact, they will also admit there are many problems created from the past system still continue.  And, like other places in the world one can see disconnect between faith and daily life.  http://support.crcna.org/site/PageNavigator/Missionary_Pages/Michmerhuizen_Steve_Jan.html
