What We Believe

We are an evangelical church in the Reformed Tradition.  This means...

  • We believe there is one eternal God in three persons:  Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe eternal life is a free gift given to all who put their trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that the Bible is the true Word of God and is our only reliable guide for what we should believe and how we should conduct our lives.
  • We believe God is sovereign over all things and that this world belongs to Him.
  • We believe we are called to be partners with God in bringing faith, love and justice into His world and reclaiming every institution for Him.
  • We believe God works through a community of faith in which children, as well as adults, are members.
